Q1.Is the MagOne Economic System compatible with my phone?

- MagOne System works with all smartphones (except flip phones).

- MagOne System is MagSafe-compatible, which means it works with iPhone 12 series or later.

- For non-MagSafe devices, please use a Magnetic Sticker in order to use the MagOne System.

Q2.Can I use the MagOne System with a phone case?

-Yes! The MagOne System works with and without a phone case. You can use MagSafe-compatible cases or cases up to 1.5mm thick.

1.Does this need to be removed in order to use MagSafe charging?

When using Magsafe charging, you don't need to remove the phone grips&kickstands.They are compatible.This phone grip&kickstand will not block wireless charging, so it is possible for wireless charge with the grip&kickstand stay on your iPhone. It will only compatible with magnetic wireless charger but not traditional wireless charging pad.
Please note:
1. as we've tested, the official wireless charger will work well. But the official wireless battery pack will not work.
2. If you are using a phone case, please make sure it is MagSafe compatible, and thickness less than 1.5mm is required.

2.Will this work for magnetic mounts?

Yes.The back side of the grip is also magnetic, but its magnetism only support it to properly work with a MagSafe compatible mounting system, you can not stick it to a steel surface.
Please note: a MagSafe compatible case is a MUST have when you need this feature work well.

3.How to replace the silicone strap?

The MG201 was factory packed with 2 replacement silicone strap.

1.Does MG202 need to be removed in order to use MagSafe charging?

The MagOne Lite allows you to attach your magnetic wireless charger on, and since the center of the product has no metal and it is only 2.8mm thickness, so it's friendly to wireless charging.

Note:

• Not work with bare wireless charger.

• Make sure your case less than 1.5mm thickness.
• Be sure to use at least 20W power adapter.
